What is a Supermarket Sweep? A Supermarket Sweep is a timed race through the grocery store, filling your cart with as many groceries as you can!
Only 2,500 tickets will be sold. $10 enters you for ALL THREE PRIZES! See frequently asked questions (FAQs) and Rules below.
Raffle will be drawn and winners announced on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at the Orchard Park Senior Center.

Frequently Asked Questions and Rules
Q: What is a “Supermarket Sweep” shopping spree?
A: It is a 5 minute timed run through the grocery store. You may fill your cart with as many food items as possible before your time is up. You take everything home at no cost!
Q: Who does this Fundraiser Benefit?
A: This fundraiser will benefit the Community Activity Council of Orchard Park by providing funds for furnishing the Community Activity Center.
Q: Where are tickets sold?
A: Tickets are available until Thursday, October 3, 2019. Call Maryann at 825-6460 for more information
Q: What if I win, but I’m not able to make it on the designated date of the event or unable to “run”?
A: Raffle winner may designate another person to run the timed event, as long as they are 18 years of age or older.
Q: When and where is the event?
A: The timed run will take place at Tops Markets (3201 Southwestern Blvd.) on Saturday, October 26 at 7:00 am. Winners will be notified by phone after the drawing on October 10.
Q: Can I bring family and friends?
A: Yes! They may cheer for you, but cannot help you physically.
Q: Are there rules and regulations?
A: Yes, you may not add alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, prescription medications, gift cards, lottery tickets, health and beauty aids, Darien Lake passes, and general merchandise. Winner will need to sign a liability waiver before the shopping spree takes place.
Q: What are some of the rules and limitations?
A: Tops Markets and Community Activity Council of Orchard Park are not responsible for any injury caused during this event. We encourage our winner to proceed through the store quickly, but safely. Items in the cart may not be stacked higher than the cart handlebar and you cannot use the bottom rack of the cart. LIMIT OF 5 PER SAME ITEM.

• $25 Can provide recreation equipment for our children
• $100 Can fund equipment for a kitchen that serves hot meals for our senior citizens
• $500 Can fund computer equipment and technology for our entire community to use
